The Rohm & Haas pre-heater model 850 is a compact, high performance unit designed and built to heat the panels suitable for clean room operation to be laminated with dry film photoresist, in the Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials Automatic Laminator model 1600-SPC/T. It is particularly suited to handle panels with large dimensions and increased thicknesses. The heater does not come into contact with the panels, which avoids dust and chips sticking to them.
