The PRB Panel Robot handler is an excellent choice for the mixed production of single- and double-sided PCB as well for the inner layer production, with or without using slip-sheets. The Machine consists of a pass / pick up conveyor, an intelligent robot head and two cart stations for PCB panels or slip-sheets. Continuous running while changing carts. The essential robot head inside the machine is fully flexible, and can be programmed to the configuration required. The cart system for PCB panels is based on a 55° magazine cart. The intelligent lift and lock system for the cart makes it possible to use the same cart for different conveyor height. Further there is no adjustment of the suction head required, when changing panel size from batch to batch.
