The Back Lean Loader (BLL) is excellent for high volume production of single- and double-sided PCB as well for the inner layer production. The rotating grippers handle the PCB panels from the 75° magazine to the conveyor in a very fast and stable way. The intelligent lift and lock system makes it possible to use the same cart for different conveyor heights. Further no adjustment of the suction head is required, when changing panel size from batch to batch.
